Terms of Purchase

By purchasing a script from IslandCompany, whether licensed through FiveM Keymaster or provided unlocked (without Asset Escrow), you agree to the following terms. All content sold through our store remains the property of IslandCompany and is protected by copyright.

You are not allowed to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the script in any way.

• Share the script with others or upload it to public platforms.

• Resell or redistribute the script.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the removal of your product license (if applicable) and could lead to your CFX account being reported or banned.

Terms of Support

Each product purchased comes with free standard support on our official Discord server. However, support will not be provided for stolen or leaked copies from third-party sites. Additionally, users who have been banned from our Discord server due to rule violations, such as being disrespectful or disruptive, will not be eligible for support. To qualify for support, please ensure you have the customer role in Discord, or provide your Tebex order number if requested by a support agent.

Refounds

Refunds are available under specific conditions. If you're facing issues with a script, our team is ready to assist you! Simply open a ticket through the "create-a-ticket" system, and a team member will help you as soon as possible.

A refund may be issued if:

• The script is not functioning as expected and no solution can be found with the support agent.

• The purchase was made within the last 5 days.
